Helix reads health and fitness data you choose to share (for example from Apple Health), computes scores such as recovery, strain and sleep performance, and offers coaching suggestions built on that data.

Helix is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Scores, estimates and coaching suggestions — including anything produced by AI features — are informational and can be wrong. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something Helix showed you. If something in your readings worries you, or you manage a condition that affects exercise, sleep or nutrition, talk to a doctor.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Helix. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Helix with the consent of a parent or guardian.

How we handle your data — and what never leaves your device — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Some features require a paid Helix Pro subscription, offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual plan purchased through Apple.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Prices may change; if they do, the new price applies only to renewals after you have been notified as required by Apple. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Helix for your own, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer the app except where the law permits it, not to abuse, overload or interfere with our services (including the server functions that power AI features), and not to use Helix in any way that breaks the law.

Features such as the AI coach, physique and gym scans, and workout imports are powered by machine-learning models. Their output is an estimate, not a measurement: it may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for you. You are responsible for how you act on it.

Helix, its design, code, scores and published content are owned by Wyreframe Labs or its licensors. Your health data is and remains yours.

Helixis provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyreframe Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising out of your use of Helix. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects statutory rights you have as a consumer.

You can stop using Helix at any time; deleting the app and its data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access to our services if you materially breach these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will give you notice in the app or on this site. Continuing to use Helix after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
