Privacy Policy

Everything Helix knows about you lives on your iPhone: your profile (date of birth, sex, height, weight, sleep goal), the Apple Health data you grant access to (heart rate, HRV, sleep, workouts and similar), your journal, day ratings, uploaded bloodwork, energy plan and everything the app learns about you over time. Scores such as recovery, strain and sleep performance are computed locally. We run no user accounts and hold no copy of this data on any server.

Some features call our server functions, which pass your input to an AI model, return the result and store nothing:

• AI coach. If you enable it, the coach receives anonymized numbers — scores and metrics — never your identity, name or raw Apple Health samples. You can turn it off in Settings at any time.
• Physique and gym scans. When you choose to run a scan, the photos you take are sent for analysis along with basic profile numbers (sex, age, height, weight). The photos are processed to produce the result and are not stored server-side.
• Exercise guides and workout imports. The text or images you submit are processed the same way: analysed, returned, not stored.

Two Apple-mediated services also apply. Helix Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and purchase receipt — never your health data. Game Center, if you enable it, syncs only scores and badge names, and can be turned off in Settings.

Helix reads Apple Health only with your permission, which you can change at any time in the Health app. We never use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing, never sell it, and never share it with third parties for their own purposes. Raw Health samples are not uploaded anywhere.

No advertising, no ad tracking, no data brokers, no third-party analytics SDKs, no selling or renting of personal data — of any kind, health or otherwise.

Settings → Delete all data permanently removes your profile, bloodwork, journal, day ratings, energy plan and learned personalization from your device. Because we hold no server-side copy, that is the whole deletion — there is nothing for us to erase remotely. Data Helix wrote to Apple Health can be managed in the Health app.

The site serves articles and this policy. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.

Helix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we change what data we handle or how, we will update this page and the date at the top, and give notice in the app for any material change before it takes effect.
